We are running a small Restaurant and this tool is solving a lot of issues with our monthly time sheets.

It seems to good to be true - all this simple functionality that works pretty well?? Although when downloaded to Excel you cant reformat the cell to perform basic math so it is better to download as a CSV then resave as Excel. Very fast and easy to set up and start using; not sure how long the data is retained for but download regularly and backup. Really happy with this!! Any other users ......?

I use this to record time on each jobsite I do as a contractor. Different cards for different jobs. This way I keep track of time accurately and bill accordingly. Never crashed and works great.

FREE!!!! Seriously? This app is awesome. I have others that I have paid for and this one is the best by far. I keep an old iPod touch where my employee cards are for the few that dont have an iPhone.

Some bad moments

We have been using Time Station to do our payroll and time tracking for our small Buisness since March of 2015 (for the paid subscription) free before that. After we dropped under the minimum for available free service I contacted customer support via email and a Ms. Wanda responded by letting me know that I could drop to the free plan for now to save money until we brought on new employees and bumped back up to the paid subscription. I did exactly as directed through her instruction on June 7th 2016 and on June 20th I went to clock in and am denied access because my plan has expired supposedly. I have been emailing the support email provided since Monday the 20th and it is now Thursday the 23rd. I am completely at a loss as to any other way to get in touch with this company and I have no records for 4 days now. It was a great tool for my team but now I am not so sure.

I get that its great to keep it simple but this is overkill! This is sooooo limited. Even the D.O.L. app is better. You cant look at anything with the app AT ALL. The admin screen is useless and either be removed, or better yet, allow reporting or time card viewing on the admin screen. It would be nice to see the hours on the go and not have to log in.

Do not use employees phone! Employer should provide the tool (phone) to use this invasive app. Employer monitoring GPS and camera, without employees consenting to third-party monitoring is invasion of privacy. Last website visited is also tracked: Employees visited Doctor website --employer app will know which Doctor website.

Last update has caused my app to force close each time I try to enter my passcode. Please update ASAP!

I downloaded the app and it immediately asked for a login and password. There were no options for creating a login. I attempted a login three times hoping it would give an option for creating account. Ive deleted the program now.

Time tracking reports dont allow for reg vs ot or holiday/sick/vacation hours to be added. Cant have different settings for different departments. The reports have way to many date/day boxes (very repetitive) we were hoping for a solution for our technicians to track their time in the field. This is not it. :(
