No expensive equipment to buy. Employees simply download the app on his/her phone and your done. Time sheets are AWESOME!! Payroll is a breeze, saved hours off our payroll processing.

We use to have a different time clock that would track our hours daily and weekly. It would be awesome if you could add something like that so we can see how many hours we have logged weekly, especially if the office makes mistakes on our paychecks. Please consider this.

Easy to log in and out through an iPad at work. Managers can track hours weekly or by weekly online to the main website. You can even set it up for employees to have it on their own phones. Its easy for me to see whos clocked in at on or whos not! Im not a fan of the QR code cards,I much prefer the four digit pin.

Its a great little app for payroll, but it needs a screen to allow the user to track their punches.

Time tracking reports dont allow for reg vs ot or holiday/sick/vacation hours to be added. Cant have different settings for different departments. The reports have way to many date/day boxes (very repetitive) we were hoping for a solution for our technicians to track their time in the field. This is not it. :(

-when you log in, the app beeps. Unfortunately it is on the loudest setting possible, so if youre wearing headphones youre guaranteed to go deaf. -takes a minute to read QR code... Weve got stuff to do, so do make it more responsive.

This app is amazing. I never usually rate or comment on apps from the App Store, but I felt the need to help out a business owner looking into this app. GET IT. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

The app works great. The only thing I wish that it would do, is everything I can do on the website - but from the app. I wish I could manually enter in hours, or set up an employee, etc, from the app. Hopefully that is in the works!

Admin panel allows for easy reporting for payroll, see when and where employees clocked in, and very easy to use for employees!

... Id suggest you utilize the rear camera so that the barcode can be lined up more easily. Its what every other barcode scanner app does.

I give it a 4.9 only because I wish you could see the total hours for the day and week.
