Once upon a time we had customer service.
We have been using Time Station to do our payroll and time tracking for our small Buisness since March of 2015 (for the paid subscription) free before that. After we dropped under the minimum for available free service I contacted customer support via email and a Ms. Wanda responded by letting me know that I could drop to the free plan for now to save money until we brought on new employees and bumped back up to the paid subscription. I did exactly as directed through her instruction on June 7th 2016 and on June 20th I went to clock in and am denied access because my plan has expired supposedly. I have been emailing the support email provided since Monday the 20th and it is now Thursday the 23rd. I am completely at a loss as to any other way to get in touch with this company and I have no records for 4 days now. It was a great tool for my team but now I am not so sure.
